With the theme 'Chinese Diaspora' in mind, Chef May Chow (Asia Best 50 Female Chef 2017) and Happy Paradise team will be joining hands with Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (Chef Ton)'s Le Du (Asia's 50 Best 2018 and 2019 No.14) to curate this 3-nights only collaboration in both Bangkok and Hong Kong.
