[DEC 2019] festive mode on!
This winter, a feast of happiness and #neoChinese cuisine is ready at Happy Paradise, starting DEC 2019! A 6 course menu and 9 course menu featuring new festive dishes are now available for pre-book at Happy Paradise.
The Winter Holidays dinner features 6 course menu ($480 per person) and 9 course menu ($680 per person). Just for this holiday season, Chef May Chow, Asia's Best Female Chef 2017, and her devoted and creative Happy Paradise team curates a series of festive dishes with a local twist, including the brand new starter, Fore Gras Mousse, Sesame Ball, Salt & Pepper Tua Tua Clam Fritter, mystery Santa's Taco that features seasonal winter food ingredients, lying on a bed of ginger and scallion pancake. Brussel Sprouts is prepared in local classic "jer jer clay pot" style for an indulgent of warmth and Cantonese style gathering.
Our special recommendation goes to the Jumbo Prawn with Ma Po "tofu". On a seasonal jumbo prawn there's a spicy ma po dressing featuring the vegan impossible meat mince and Indian paneer .
