Welcome to Happy Paradise, where we are all about cocktail mastery and loose vibes. We are more than thrilled to have one of the best cocktail masters from Puerto Rico to be throwing it down at Happy Paradise.

During our Chinese Tiki night, head bartender of Jungle Bird, Jose Chuck Rivera and our head bartender Chanel Adams will showcase tiki cocktails with Puerto Rican and Hong Kong flair! Add that with some bumping Caribbean and Latin Beats. Head up on either nights for some Tiki Paradise.

About Jose Chuck Rivera
Jose "Chuck" Rivera is the managing partner of Caneca, his cocktail truck and Jungle Bird, his tiki bar, in his native Puerto Rico. Alongside his partners, who are also the owners of La Factoria (31st best bar in the world), Chuck's efforts paved the way for the development of artisanal cocktail culture in Puerto Rico.

Before making his mark in his hometown, Chuck was the head bartender of Jose Andre's 2 Michelin starred restaurant and bar Minibar/Barmini. Under Chuck, Barmini was nominated for the James Beard Award's "Outstanding Bar Program" in 2015 and 2016.
